Product Price Change

The steps below describe how to change wet-stock product prices loaded into your terminal

Press '2' for the Fuelcard application.

Press the 'Menu' key.

Select item 4 - Product Prices.

Price Menu 1 Print curnt prices 2 Print prev prices 3 Change prices UP DN

Item 1 will print your current wet-stock product prices.
Item 2 will print your previous wet-stock product prices.

For this example, select item 3 to change prices.

The 'Price Change' list will display all wet-stock products that are accepted at your site.
If prices for all products are to be changed, it's best to start changing prices for product 1
as the price change process will automatically take you to the next product in the list.

For example, to change the price of Diesel, either press '2' to select the second menu item OR
use the up / down keys to scroll through the displayed list until 'Diesel' is highlighted and then press ENTER.

The product code and name are displayed along with the minimum and maximum prices. These are intended to prevent accidental input of a price that is too low or too high.

Press CLEAR to clear the current price then using the numeric keys, key in the new price.
If you press the wrong key when entering the new price, press CLEAR.

Press ENTER when the new price has been keyed in.

If the price is within the minimum and maximum range, a message saying 'New Price Set' will be briefly displayed.
On exiting the Price Change menu, a receipt will be printed with the current price for all products that were changed.
