Terminal Functions

The menu levels for the BP application are structured as follows:

Main Menu
1 Reprint Duplicate receipt menu:
1 Last transaction Reprint the last purchase or refund transaction receipt.
2 Last settlement Reprint the last BP Settlement.
3 Last AAR trans Print/reprint the last AA Rewards sale or refund receipt.
2 Totals Settlement menu:
1 BP Settlement Perform a settlement with the BP host.
2 Terminal Totals Print / reset local terminal totals.
3 Shift Totals Print / reset local shift totals.
3 Refund Perform a refund transaction.
4 Product Prices Product price menu:
1 Print Current Prices Print current wet-stock prices.
2 Print Previous Prices  Print previous wet-stock prices.
3 Change Prices Change wet-stock prices.
5. Terminal Functions   Terminal menu:
1. Configuration Installer configuration menu
1. Site Id Enter or change the Site Identifier.
2. Term Id Enter or change the Terminal number.
3. Host config Configure host connection mode.
4. Set NII Enter or change the Network Institute Identifier.
5. Host Timeout Enter or change the period to wait for a reply from the BP host.
6. Merchant cardSet if a BP Merchant card is required for access to critical menus.
7. Reset BP App Reset the BP application
8. Print config Print the current configuration.
2. BP Host Logon Logon onto the BP Host
3. Reversal Access the reversal menu.
4. Parameters Parameters menu:
1. Site params Print the current site parameters
2. Prefix table Print the terminal's prefix table.
3. Product table Print the terminal's product table.
4. AA Rewards Print AAR parameters, upload stored transactions.
6. Date/time Display the current date and time
7. Test mode
6. About Print software version and contacts list.

BP Host Logon

Terminal attempts to log onto the BP Host.
The terminal must be logged on to BP to accept charge card transactions.
