About Radium

Established in August 2000, Radium developed a high performance card host for processing purchase and loyalty card transactions from a network of EFT terminals.

Over the years, Radium has expanded its core card acquiring host into a suite of fully integrated modular products covering card acquiring, EFT terminal management, card issuing and end user reporting of card and terminal usage. All modules are web enabled and hardware platform independent.

Today, Radium systems process over 1 million card transactions a month and Radium personnel provide facility management services for those systems ranging from full 7 day, 24 hour support to business day, business hours support.

Areas of key competencies for Radium include:

• Provision of facilities management services up to a continuous 7 day, 24 hour level.
• Management of the full software development life cycle or part thereof.
• Expert level knowledge of C, Java, XML and SQL databases.
• Expert level knowledge regarding acquiring card transactions from, and communicating with, a network of EFT terminals.

The directors or Radium Ltd are Garry Peek and Norman Bartholomew. Both directors have extensive experience in software development and management of large projects in the banking, oil and electronics industries.
